Honoka makes her debut in The Harimaya Bridge. The daughter of popular comedian and actor Takaaki Ishibashi (best known in the U.S. for his role in Major League 2), she has grown up in the Japanese entertainment industry. Recently she snagged her first leading role, playing the main character in the Japanese/Canadian production Looking for Anne.
